This is essentially a Template and goes together with the YouTube video on my channel of the same name.
The two enclosed files are the Affinity Publisher Template - Actually the Complete Document in .afpub format. You are free to use it as a template by just replacing my text with your own.
The PDF file is the same file Exported to PDF format, using the Digital (High Quality) option from the PDF -> More options panel. Both documents contain a TOC (Table Of Contents) which in both cases works fine.
